Process Control Systems
The ConTROLL Pro Monitor is designed for use with the TROLL line of products, including the LevelTROLL, AquaTROLL and TROLL 9500.
Con TROLL PRO Model AC—An AC-powered controller capable of displaying and transmitting data. This model is suited for applications that do not require data logging. This model can trigger low- and high-voltage relays.
Con TROLL PRO Model AC-L—An AC-powered controller capable of logging, displaying, and transmitting data. This model is suited for applications that require data logging. This model can trigger low- and high-voltage relays.
Con TROLL PRO Model DC-L—A battery- or solar-powered controller with logging abilities. This system is suited for remote monitoring applications and can trigger low-voltage relays.
Designed for Industrial and Remote Settings
The Con TROLL® PRO Model AC is designed for process control applications with access to line power. The Con TROLL PRO system can be used to:
- Display and report multiple parameters to process controls.
- Access sensors and data via Bluetooth® wireless technology.
- Interface with RuggedReader® handheld PC or laptop via Win-Situ® software.
- Calibrate or reset factory defaults on site.
- Measure ambient temperature and barometric pressure.
- Power attached sensors.
- Connect up to two sensors: RDO® PRO optical dissolved oxygen sensor; Aqua TROLL® instruments; Rugged TROLL® 200; and Level TROLL® 300, 500, or 700 instrument.
Simplifies Integration
- Meets UL/CSA safety standards.
- CE and FCC approved for heavy-industrial environments.
- Uses standard Modbus/RS485 communication protocols.
- Includes two isolated 4-20 mA current loops.
- Automatically recognizes In-Situ® sensors.
Mitigates Risks
- Triggers relays for alarm and control. The system includes two low-voltage and two high-voltage relays.
